据知情人士透露，以开源模型代码库闻名的 AI 初创公司 Hugging Face，年化营收已经突破 1.5 亿美元，同比增幅达 50%。
另有消息人士称，这家成立十年的初创企业即将达成出售交易。有报道称，这笔收购交易对其估值或将接近 130 亿美元。相较于该公司 2023 年上一轮大规模融资，估值将实现大幅跃升。即便放在近期 AI 行业收购案例当中，130 亿美元估值相对于其营收而言，也代表着极高的估值倍数。
Hugging Face 营收增长，源于市场对开源模型、算力与存储服务的需求高涨。公司对外出租基础设施资源，供客户训练、运行 AI 模型以及开发 AI 应用。（年化营收的计算口径：取最近单月营收乘以 12）。Hugging Face 还向客户收取费用，用于存储 AI 模型训练与应用开发相关的数据。
客户付费模式包含固定月订阅费，同时根据实际消耗的算力、存储数据量额外计费。公司联合创始人兼首席执行官克莱门特・德朗格在 6 月表示，2026 年上半年付费订阅用户数量实现翻倍。德朗格近期参加播客节目时称，企业客户正逐步不再愿意 “租用别人的 AI 服务”，越来越倾向自主掌控 AI 能力。
