ChainCatcher 消息，据 Bits.media 报道，俄罗斯三大电信运营商 MTS、Rostelecom 和 Megafon 宣布自 9 月 1 日起开始接受数字卢布支付。MTS 将支持其支付模块 MTS Pay 内所有服务使用数字卢布，无品类限制。Rostelecom 初期仅支持官网一次性支付，后续将扩展至个人账户，定期支付和自动充值需待央行平台就绪。Megafon 同样将其作为附加支付方式。
Wildberries 和 Ozon 两大电商平台也宣布同日启用数字卢布。根据法律，自 9 月 1 日起俄罗斯所有大型企业须能处理数字卢布交易，12 家系统重要性银行的 APP 须设置数字卢布钱包入口。央行计划对数字钱包充值设限，每月通过单一银行不得超过 30 万卢布。
