ChainCatcher 消息，新西兰议会第四大党 Association of Consumers and Taxpayers（ACT）提议，对持有合规加密资产超过一年的个人散户投资者免征资本利得税，持有不足一年的资产及专业交易者、企业仍按现行税规纳税。
ACT 还提议，使用加密资产进行小额个人消费时免税，并为合规支付型稳定币、代币化证券及现实世界资产建立明确监管和税务规则，同时设立监管沙盒供初创企业测试新产品。ACT 副党魁 Nicole McKee 表示，明确规则、适度保障措施和减少繁琐监管，将帮助新西兰发展数字金融、现代资本市场和金融创新。新西兰政府已提出法案，拟实施经济合作与发展组织加密资产报告框架（CARF）。
