【江苏：推进“人工智能+医疗健康”行动】江苏省印发《江苏省促进生物医药产业高质量发展三年行动计划》。其中指出，推进“人工智能+医疗健康”行动。升级完善省全民健康信息平台，建立统一数据采集通道，推动医疗、医保、医药等数据开发利用。制定行业高质量数据集建设指南，发布一批高质量数据集，支撑大模型训练。依托全省一体化算力监测调度平台，加强算力资源统筹，推动“Token券”政策出台，降低算力使用成本。依托科研平台、重点企业加强核心技术攻关，形成一批临床专病专科垂直大模型。
