中国质量新闻网讯 为落实国家市场监督管理总局CCC认证守底线专项行动部署，防范劣质充电宝起火爆炸安全隐患，近期，河南省内黄县市场监督管理局在全县范围内开展移动电源（充电宝）CCC强制性认证专项排查整治行动，筑牢流通领域电子产品质量安全防线。
一是聚焦高风险点位，开展线下全域排查。执法人员以高铁站、汽车站、宾馆酒店、城区便利店、乡镇沿街商铺、校园周边经营门店为重点检查区域，逐户核查在售充电宝产品是否标注永久性CCC标识、能否提供有效认证证书，核对产品型号参数与证书信息是否一致，督促商户完善进货查验台账，对无证、三无、冒用认证标识的产品现场下架封存，逐项记录问题隐患与处置结果。
二是延伸监管触角，线上线下同步管控。在线下检查的同时，摸排辖区内微商、社区团购、本地线上小店等线上经营主体，重点严查售卖CCC标志贴纸、假冒冒用CCC认证等违规违法行为，堵塞线上流通监管漏洞。
