8月31日晚间消息，港股物企彩生活发布2026年半年度业绩报告。财报显示，公司上半年实现主营业务收入10.11亿元，净利润3410万元，公司股东应占净利润2510万元。
面对物业行业告别粗放扩张、转向提质增效的新格局，彩生活调整发展战略，择优拓展项目，优化业务结构。截至6月末，彩生活合约管理面积达2.29亿平方米，布局全国110座城市，1380个在管社区，规模化优势进一步凸显。
数字化层面，彩生活全面落地 AI 巡检、设备智管、闭环督办等智慧体系，智能设备接入 7355台，累计生成近6万条闭环工单，运营效率提升、管理成本得到有效管控。
业务创新层面，依托“花样保”打造“保险+社区”，社区养老业务达成阶段性盈利，开辟社区生活服务第二增长曲线。
