Albany International (AIN) said Monday that Chief Financial Officer Willard Station is taking a medical leave of absence.
The company's board of directors has appointed Controller and Chief Accounting Officer Sean Valashinas as acting CFO, effective immediately, according to a statement.
Shares of the company were down 1.5% in Monday premarket trading.
