红星资本局8月31日消息，今日，工业和信息化部办公厅发布关于开展人工智能应用服务商培育专项行动的通知。

通知明确，到2026年底，全国服务商资源池内服务商数量突破2000家；到2027年底，全国服务商资源池内服务商数量不少于3000家，支撑形成全要素协同、全链条贯通、全场景覆盖的人工智能应用服务生态。

据官方定义，人工智能应用服务商是指围绕用户单位智能化需求，提供人工智能解决方案咨询规划、交付实施、运营管理、安全治理等服务的企业或机构。

通知部署了四项重点任务，包括建立服务商资源池、提升服务供给水平、推动规模化应用、加强服务商支撑保障。

在四大重点任务中，工信部提出，要组织服务商牵头组建模数共振、算电协同等类型的“人工智能应用服务团”；要引导服务商围绕高频、刚需、可复用的业务，封装构建模块化、标准化解决方案产品包，形成一批“小快轻准”的人工智能产品服务；要探索通过首购首用、风险补偿等模式，加大大模型、智能体、Token等服务采购力度，提升行业用模用智质效；有条件的地区建立完善“出海”综合服务体系，依托一带一路、金砖、中国-东盟等合作机制平台，推动优质人工智能应用项目出海落地。

另外，支持服务商加强与国家算力网络枢纽节点、国家算力互联互通节点、中国算力平台等对接，用好“算力券”等政策工具，降低算力成本。
