路透8月28日 - Bamboo Insurance Services 周五表示，该公司已提交美国首次公开募股（IPO）申请。
Bamboo成立于2018年，由行业资深人士约翰·朱（John Chu）领导，为住宅房地产市场提供房屋保险及相关产品。
Bamboo在加利福尼亚州成立之初，正值多起野火迫使保险公司缩减在该州的业务之际，如今其管理的保费规模已接近9亿美元。
该公司的大股东白山保险公司（White Mountains Insurance）已于去年将多数股权出售给CVC。
该公司计划在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码为“BMB”。
