Nanya New Material Technology's (SHA:688519) net profit attributable to shareholders in the first half surged 429% to 461.1 million yuan from 87.2 million yuan a year earlier, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The Chinese electronics component manufacturer's shares jumped 7% at the close of Monday's trade.
Earnings per share soared 415% year on year to 2.01 yuan from 0.39 yuan.
Operating revenue jumped 83% to 4.22 billion yuan from 2.31 billion yuan in the previous year.
