周一，印度Nifty IT指数下跌最多达1.74%，部分回吐了上周五由Salesforce带动的3.5%涨幅。花旗集团表示，在人工智能带来冲击以及竞争加剧的背景下，软件服务企业的前景依然艰难。
“从中期来看，人工智能的影响是真实存在的，但发展速度可能因各种因素而异，”花旗分析师苏伦德拉·戈亚尔在一份报告中写道，“IT服务行业前景依旧严峻，应保持谨慎。”
他预计，未来一段时间内，IT服务行业的有机收入增长率仍将维持在个位数低位。
增长持续受到激烈竞争、AI驱动的生产力提升以及GCC地区更快增长等因素影响。
“IT服务领域的一个趋势是客户选择利用人工智能进行开发，从而更倾向于服务而非软件；但截至目前，我们尚未看到太多这方面的证据。”
Infosys股价下跌最多达2.4%；HCL Technologies Ltd下跌1.4%，Tata Consultancy Services下跌1.1%。
