Argosy Property Secures 16-Year Lease Agreement With ECLY

Argosy Property (NZE:ARG) secured a 16-year lease agreement with food and beverage distributor ECLY for 12,077 square meters, due to start on March 1, 2027, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
The company said it is managing "solid lease enquiry" in the office portfolio, with three leases secured in Auckland and Wellington and further negotiations ongoing, the filing said.
With the new leases in place, the weighted average lease term for Argosy's portfolio is five years as of July 31, while the occupancy rate has increased to 97.3%, per the filing.
