金吾财讯 | 光伏太阳能股受压，协鑫科技（03800）跌8.86%，信义光能（00968）跌7.47%，新特能源（01799）跌4.61%，福莱特玻璃（06865）跌4.24%，信义玻璃（00868）跌4.21%，山高新能源（01250）跌3.36%，钧达股份（02865）跌2.27%。开源证券表示，美国发布电力设备禁令，光伏电池片价格冲高回落。当地时间8月26日，美国总统签署第14420号行政令，禁止在美国电网中使用部分外国电力设备，管制范围涵盖高压变压器、高压开关、公用事业级并网逆变器、电网储能系统、工控及继电保护设备、配套软件与远程运维服务等主干电力核心装备，旨在重构美国电网供应链体系，强化本土设备采购优先级。美国相关部门将在120天内落地实施细则，实质影响需细则出台后再评估。华福证券表示，7月国内光伏新增装机实现同环比双增，集中式与分布式开工同步回暖，一定程度缓解市场对全年需求偏弱的担忧，但需求回暖持续性仍有待跟踪后续组件排产及海外订单验证；产业链各环节走势分化，多晶硅报价区间收窄，硅片、电池片价格高位回落，组件国内成交出现让利、海外价格维持低位，高纯石英砂价格持稳、坩埚供应过剩，胶膜处于上下游议价博弈阶段，光伏玻璃随减产推进报价小幅上调、库存持续去化。
