消息面上，8月29日，山东黄金公布2026年中期业绩，营业收入约535.88亿元，同比减少5.6%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润约35.43亿元，同比增长26.17%；基本每股收益0.72元，每10股派发现金红利1.00元。报告期内，公司矿产金产量19.10吨，其中公司海外矿山产金6.69吨，同比增长18.03%。
东吴证券发布研报称，2026上半年，山东黄金取得各类权证及相关批复48项，三山岛金矿、新城金矿、赤峰柴矿等多个重点项目稳步推进。其中，公司预计2026年9月底取得三山岛金矿采选15000吨/日扩建工程项目核准批复，安全设施设计批复办理与项目开展建设提上日程；纳米比亚Osino项目正在开展选厂设备安装及露天剥离入场施工，公司预计2027年上半年投产。
