BBR Holdings (S) (SGX:KJ5) has appointed Jan Frederic Moermann as non-executive deputy chairman and Havard Chi Cher Pan as acting chief executive officer as part of the reconstitution of the board and its committees, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore stock exchange.
Both appointments will take effect on Aug. 31, the engineering and construction group said.
