a2 Milk Says Executives Sold Shares On-Market to Cover Tax Obligations

The a2 Milk Co. (ASX:A2M, NZE:ATM) said members of its executive leadership seam sold the equivalent of up to 50% of the shares they received following the vesting of fiscal 2024 performance rights issued under the company's long-term incentive plan, according to a Monday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

The shares were sold on-market, mainly to cover tax obligations that arose following the vesting of the performance rights, per the filing.

The company also reported recent share purchases by some of its non-executive directors.
