*涨幅一度达20%的融创中国1918.HK转跌6.7%，招商蛇口001979.SZ和华润置地1109.HK跌逾6%；万科000002.SZ则涨逾1%。
* 围绕加快构建房地产发展新模式，中国监管部门上周五密集推出一揽子支持政策，覆盖房地产开发贷款、个人住房贷款、商品住房销售、预售资金监管及房企融资等关键环节。
