【新股消息 | 邦顺制药二次递表港交所】智通财经APP获悉，据港交所8月30日披露，杭州邦顺制药股份有限公司(简称：邦顺制药)向港交所主板提交上市申请，中信建投国际为其独家保荐人。该公司曾于2026年1月22日递表港交所。据招股书，邦顺制药是一家处于商业化阶段的生物科技公司，专注于肿瘤及自身免疫性疾病创新疗法的发现、开发及商业化。公司已建立由两款核心产品及五款临床前候选药物组成的产品管线。在临床进展方面，贝泽昔替尼是中国排名第一的用于治疗PV的JAK抑制剂，以及全球排名第一的用于治疗ET的JAK抑制剂。在临床进展方面，公司的一款核心产品CX1440是全球排名前三的用于治疗ITP的BTK抑制剂之一，以及全球排名前二的用于治疗CU及AIHA的BTK抑制剂之一。
