智通财经APP讯，辽港股份(02880)发布公告，2016年2月，大连港散货物流中心有限公司(公司持股40%的合资企业)被大连商品交易所(简称“大商所”)指定为铁矿石保税交割仓库，后因该公司注册资本仅1000万元，不满足大商所交割仓库净资产不低于10亿元的硬性准入标准，大商所于2026年1月16日暂停其交割业务，目前公司港区暂无合规铁矿石期货交割载体。

本次申请主体为辽宁港口股份有限公司，公司净资产、注册资本、合规记录等指标均满足大商所交割仓库设立全部硬性财务及主体要求;由公司全资分支机构大连港散杂货码头分公司承担仓库日常运营工作，该码头拥有专业化铁矿石深水泊位、连片专用矿石堆场、标准化计量质检设备、完整铁路公路集疏运体系及独立海关保税隔离库区，具备多年铁矿石堆存、保税混矿实操运营经验，硬件、人员、管理制度均可匹配大商所交割运营标准。

公司拟同步向大商所申报铁矿石指定完税交割仓库、铁矿石指定保税交割仓库两类资质，形成“完税内贸交割+保税跨境交割”双轨运营模式。

项目收益主要包含三部分：一是大商所统一标准铁矿石仓储费;二是期货入库、出库、倒垛等专项交割作业服务费;三是交割资质引流带来矿石装卸、堆存等现货业务增量收益。
