ChainCatcher 消息，俄罗斯最大银行联邦储蓄银行（Sber）计划将加密贷款抵押品扩展至 Tether 的 USDt 稳定币和以太坊，此前仅支持比特币。该行副董事长阿纳托利·波波夫表示，将在俄罗斯新加密法生效后逐步扩展相关产品，并等待俄罗斯央行批准这些资产公开交易。
俄罗斯总统普京于 8 月 4 日签署加密法，核心条款于 9 月 1 日生效，赋予央行决定哪些加密资产可在受监管交易所交易的权力。央行已于 8 月 11 日提议允许比特币、以太坊和 USDT 在受监管交易所交易，称其满足市值、交易量及至少五年海外价格历史等要求。
与此同时，Sber 首席财务官塔拉斯·斯克沃尔佐夫对数字卢布持谨慎态度，表示除央行外未看到零售或企业客户对该 CBDC 有明显兴趣。
