本报讯（记者 鲍贝贝）8月28日，贵州省知识产权局正式发布贵州省八大数据知识产权标杆应用场景，集中展示了贵州深耕数据要素市场化改革、以数据知识产权赋能实体经济、助推区域高质量发展的创新实践，为全国数据要素市场化配置改革提供了可复制、可推广、可落地的范式。
此次发布的八大应用场景，是贵州省数据知识产权场景体系建设的标志性、引领性成果，覆盖山地特色农业、青少年健康服务、全域文旅融合、能源工程设计、矿山安全预警、文化演艺创新、土地征收治理、供应链产融协同八大领域。纵向贯通一、二、三产业，横向打通公共服务与实体经济融合壁垒，实现了数字技术与各行各业的深度适配、精准赋能。
据介绍，八大应用场景坚持问题导向、需求导向、实效导向，立足各行业真实发展痛点与实际应用需求，以数据知识产权合规确权为核心基础，以政企校研多方联动、协同攻坚为实施路径，构建了从数据采集治理、确权登记到场景落地、价值转化的完整闭环。
