IT之家 8 月 30 日消息，TCL 电子 8 月 24 日在港交所公布，公司正考虑通过实物分派方式实现集团旗下光伏业务板块独立上市的潜在方案。
基于初步评估，公司认为，光伏业务的独立上市可让公司更聚焦全球智能家电业务板块，战略发展方向更为明晰；此外，潜在分立上市将使光伏业务得以实施独立发展战略、拓宽融资渠道，公司认为其符合公司及全体股东的整体最佳利益。
