8月31日，县委书记杨春柏带队赴中电投新农创科技有限公司（中电农创）开展招商考察，精准对接高端水产养殖项目，共商现代渔业产业化合作事宜。

杨春柏一行实地参观企业养殖示范场区，听取企业负责人介绍产业布局、养殖品种、陆基循环水养殖技术及全产业链体系，双方围绕成品鱼、鱼籽等精深加工产品深入交流。随后，考察组走进企业展厅观看专题宣传片，了解企业核心技术、运营模式及产业创新成果。

座谈交流中，杨春柏指出，喀左区位条件优越、水质水资源得天独厚，拥有农文旅融合发展的独特优势，产业承载基础扎实、营商环境优质高效，诚挚邀请企业赴喀左共谋发展。企业方十分看重喀左优质水资源，认为优良水质是发展高端水产养殖的宝贵资源，对深耕喀左市场、投资兴业充满信心。

双方围绕项目落地条件、配套保障、合作模式、推进路径等事项深入磋商交流，达成初步合作共识。一致表示，将持续深化常态化沟通对接，进一步完善合作方案、细化落地举措，高效有序推进项目前期各项筹备工作，力争高端水产养殖项目尽早落地投产。
