Embracing Future (SGX:8YY) has applied to Australia's corporate regulator for the voluntary deregistration of its dormant unit, Biolidics Australia.
The application was submitted to the Australian Securities and Investments Commission on Aug. 31.
The deregistration is not expected to have a material impact on the group's FY2026 earnings.
