西藏日喀则市吉隆县泥石流灾害发生后，灾区道路损毁、电力瘫痪、通信中断，应急管理部会同工业和信息化部立即调派3架翼龙无人机赶赴灾区，持续开展应急指挥通信保障、灾情侦察等任务。截至8月31日12时，翼龙无人机累计飞行超130小时，保障通话3900余次。

作业期间，加强翼龙无人机运行保障，执飞团队克服高海拔低温、峡谷乱流、气象多变等多重恶劣环境影响，采用“异地远程起降”“长距离大范围转场”“双机同域飞行”的战术战法，实现快速就位、多机协同保障，为受灾区域持续建立应急通信“生命线”。同时，持续开展灾情侦察，为风险研判、指挥决策提供支撑。
