金吾财讯 | 8月31日，通信巨头爱立信（ERIC）公布其最新股票回购进展。在2026年8月24日至8月28日期间，公司通过高盛欧洲银行在斯德哥尔摩纳斯达克交易所累计回购了215万股B类股票，加权平均回购价格为每股96.77瑞典克朗，总成交金额约2.08亿瑞典克朗。本次股票回购属于爱立信此前于2026年4月16日宣布的规模最高达150亿瑞典克朗回购计划的一部分。该计划自2026年4月23日正式启动，预计最晚将于2027年3月31日结束。截至目前，爱立信持有的库存股已增加至1.028亿股B类股。公司董事会表示，拟在2027年年度股东大会（AGM）上提出建议，将本次回购的股票中除用于满足股权激励计划需求之外的部分予以销注，以进一步优化公司股本结构、提升股东价值。
