智通财经APP讯，中木国际(01822)发布公告，于记录日期，(i)供股项下发售9.87亿股供股股份(发售股份);及(ii)并无不合资格股东及不合资格股东未售出供股股份数目为零。董事会宣布，于2026年8月28日(星期五)下午四时正(即最后接纳时限)，已接获合共19份有效接纳，涉及合共5.8亿股供股股份，占发售股份总数约58.80%。据此，供股认购不足额为4.07亿股供股股份，占发售股份总数约41.20%，该等股份将受补偿安排所规限。
根据配售协议，本公司委任配售代理于配售期内按尽力基准向独立承配人配售配售股份，而所变现之超出该等供股股份认购价之任何溢价将按比例支付予该等不行动股东。配售代理将按尽力基准于不迟于2026年9月8日(星期二)下午四时正前促使承配人认购所有(或尽可能多)该等未获认购供股股份及不合资格股东未售出供股股份。本公司概不会发行任何于配售事项完成后仍未获配售之未获认购供股股份及不合资格股东未售出供股股份，而供股规模亦将相应缩减。
