新华社北京8月31日电 记者8月31日获悉，工业和信息化部日前印发关于开展人工智能应用服务商培育专项行动的通知，提出到2026年底，全国服务商资源池内服务商数量突破2000家，形成结构合理、分工有序、协同创新的多层次梯队，复杂场景交付能力显著增强。
人工智能应用服务商是指围绕用户单位智能化需求，提供人工智能解决方案咨询规划、交付实施、运营管理、安全治理等服务的企业或机构。通知明确，以专项行动为牵引，建立服务商资源池，靶向提升服务商技术创新、集成交付、安全合规能力。
通知还提出，到2027年底，全国服务商资源池内服务商数量不少于3000家，支撑形成全要素协同、全链条贯通、全场景覆盖的人工智能应用服务生态。
通知聚焦当前服务商发展面临的痛点问题，系统布局4项重点任务，包括组织全国各地全面摸排服务商情况，建立完善服务商档案，汇总形成全国服务商资源池；推动组建“人工智能应用服务团”，强化上下游单位联动，及时推送安全风险，提升服务商安全、伦理、合规等管理能力；鼓励打造标准化服务，形成可复制解决方案，扩大场景开放范围，提升服务商采购力度；用好“算力券”等工具，保障服务商要素供给，鼓励共建实训基地，发展前线部署工程师等。
下一步，工业和信息化部将加强统筹指导，及时研究、解决专项行动推进中的重大问题与关键事项，对于专项行动实施效果好的地区，在有关政策、项目中予以倾斜支持；适时建立人工智能应用服务商资源池线上平台，做好信息共享运用等。
