【三一重工：拟发行不超100亿元资产支持证券】三一重工公告称，公司拟设立资产支持专项计划，以上海证券交易所为发行场所，申请发行储架规模不超过100亿元的资产支持证券，可分期发行，各期存续期限不超过5年，基础资产为公司及下属子公司的应收账款债权及其附属担保权益。公司控股股东三一集团拟认购全部次级资产支持证券，累计认购金额不超过10亿元，本次交易构成关联交易。该事项已经公司董事会审议通过，尚需提交股东会审议及上海证券交易所审核。
