日前，在武汉举行的2026年加快建设交通强国大会上，交通运输部公布了12个交通强国建设试点典型案例。其中，由山东省交通运输厅作为试点组织单位提报的《山东打造青岛智慧港口全自动化集装箱码头》入选，这也是山东唯一入选案例。
山东港口青岛港全自动化集装箱码头位于前湾港区南岸，岸线长2088米，可停靠20万吨级集装箱船，是全球领先的全自动化集装箱码头和首个“氢+5G”智慧绿色码头，也是全国首个全国产全自主自动化码头。全自动化集装箱码头智能管控系统（A-TOS）和新一代设备智能控制系统（A-ECS）是码头的“智慧大脑”和“神经中枢”，智能指挥控制码头全流程作业。系统具备智能船舶、智能堆场、智能调度、智能控制、智能闸口等十大功能模块，适用于人工、半自动化、全自动化等全类型场景的集装箱码头。其中，A-TOS实现多维算法异步加速，单体千万标准箱级集装箱码头实现“秒级”计算；全新一代A-ECS全球首次实现码头设备控制系统的不停产升级和运维。
统计数据显示，青岛港全自动化码头整体作业效率较传统码头提升30%，每百米岸线吞吐量超32万标箱，堆场翻箱率降低15%，节省人力80%，平均装卸效率达到36.2自然箱/小时，桥吊平均单机作业效率达到62.62自然箱/小时，迄今已十三次打破自动化码头装卸效率世界纪录。这座黄海之滨的自动化码头，正以硬核实力将中国智慧港口的先进技术和成熟方案惠及全球，成为践行高水平科技自立自强、培育新质生产力的典范。
