近日，人民银行临汾市分行推动农业发展银行临汾市分行精准对接生物多样性保护融资需求，成功落地全省首笔“生物质能循环利用”生物多样性贷款2900万元，定向支持浮山县生物质低碳清洁能源岛项目建设。截至目前，已根据项目进度投放1286.64万元。
长期以来，浮山县玉米秸秆、果树枝条等农林废弃物存在乱堆乱放、露天焚烧等问题，对区域植被、土壤及生物栖息地造成不良影响。同时，当地双新产业园区企业长期依赖液化天然气（LNG）分散供热，能源成本偏高。针对上述难题，该县启动生物质低碳清洁能源岛项目，该项目也是省级农村能源革命重点支撑项目。
据了解，人民银行临汾市分行指导农业发展银行临汾市分行紧扣项目属性，量身定制融资方案。针对项目投资回收期较长、产业链条长、运营维护要求高等特点，为其提供5年期固定资产贷款。该笔贷款占项目一期总投资的78.5%，年利率3%，较5年期以上LPR利率低0.5个百分点。
