Herbalife Chief Executive Stephan Gratziani to Step Down; Shares Down Pre-Bell

Herbalife (HLF) Chief Executive Stephan Gratziani will step down, effective Oct. 31, the company said Monday.

Chief Financial Officer John DeSimone will serve as interim CEO, effective Nov. 1.

Gratziani will continue supporting the company as a consultant focused on strategy and business development, it said.

Herbalife shares were down 3.9% in premarket activity.
