智通财经APP讯，辽港股份(02880)发布公告，为进一步盘活公司闲置自有流动资金，提升资金使用效率，增厚公司现金收益;在优先保障公司日常经营周转、项目建设、债务兑付、股东分红、重大资本开支等全部资金需求的前提下，开展结构性存款业务，不占用主业经营资金，不影响公司正常生产经营。公司及下属控股子公司办理结构性存款常态化循环额度上限为人民币20亿元。授权期限内，任意时点全部未到期结构性存款本金及滚动再投资收益合计金额不得超过20亿元额度上限，到期本息全额回笼后可循环操作。
