据应急管理部8月31日消息，西藏日喀则市吉隆县泥石流灾害发生后，灾区道路损毁、电力瘫痪、通信中断，应急管理部会同工业和信息化部立即调派3架翼龙无人机赶赴灾区，持续开展应急指挥通信保障、灾情侦察等任务。截至8月31日12时，翼龙无人机累计飞行超130余小时，保障通话3900余次。

作业期间，加强翼龙无人机运行保障，执飞团队克服高海拔低温、峡谷乱流、气象多变等多重恶劣环境影响，采用“异地远程起降”“长距离大范围转场”“双机同域飞行”的战术战法，实现快速就位、多机协同保障，为受灾区域持续建立应急通信“生命线”。同时，持续开展灾情侦察，为风险研判、指挥决策提供支撑。

据中国新闻网28日报道，为应对西藏吉隆口岸泥石流灾害应急救援需求，8月26日，四川省应急管理厅紧急调派翼龙2大型固定翼无人机执行跨区增援任务，并会同四川省通信管理局做好后端通信保障。该无人机抵达任务空域后，迅速开展灾情侦察和应急通信保障工作，为地面搜救和应急指挥提供空中技术支撑。目前，四川、西藏两地的翼龙无人机实行接续飞行模式，实现任务空域不间断值守，构建起航空应急空中接力保障模式。
