数据显示，当日通过Pons平台发行的代币约2.26万个，较前一日增长逾40%。这些代币多为几分钟内即可创建的动物主题或追逐热点叙事的模因币，而非该链最初设想的代币化股票等传统资产。GMGN模因币交易工具、Pons及Uniswap三者合计贡献了约88%的收入。
Robinhood Chain于7月1日上线，定位为兼容以太坊的网络，以代币化股票为核心应用场景，旨在将传统资产引入区块链。但上线仅两周后，模因币交易便占据了大部分交易量。该链交易量从7月初的每日不足百万笔攀升至逾500万笔。
在整体加密货币行情回暖的背景下，投机活动加速升温。该网络最大模因币之一Cash Cat在截至8月25日的一周内涨幅逾一倍。分析师指出，模因币交易工具和代币发行平台已成为该网络最主要的活跃驱动因素。
