睿咨得能源（Rystad Energy）表示，尽管与美国达成的协议将推动委内瑞拉短期原油产量提升，但该国要恢复至日产300万桶以上的历史峰值，仍需要数十年时间。
美国总统唐纳德・特朗普于上周五宣布，美国政府将联合私营企业，获取委内瑞拉650亿桶石油储量的开采权限。根据该合作安排，美方将掌控合资企业55%的产量，并按成本价获取原油。特朗普称，这批原油将用于补充美国战略石油储备。
委内瑞拉当前原油日产量约100万桶，仅为上世纪90年代峰值产量的三分之一。
这家能源情报机构于周一发布的市场更新报告显示，睿咨得能源预计，新增原油产量初期将来自现有油井，日产量将从2027年约15.7万桶提升至2030年的68万桶；到2030年代初至中期，这些老油田的日产量将达到74万桶。睿咨得能源预测，该国奥里诺科石油带的新一轮勘探将在2035年前后实现“可观”产量，2040年日产量达到84万桶，2050年接近200万桶。
