9月2日，*ST泉为（300716）公告，公司下属全资子公司上海泉为供应链管理有限公司与无锡云程电力科技有限公司签订《光伏组件采购框架协议》及《太阳能光伏组件购销合同》，合同总金额8045.24万元。

根据协议，计划下达组件订单总量130MW，产品为双玻太阳能组件，合作期限至2026年12月31日。合同约定交货期为2026年9月20日前。

值得注意的是，*ST泉为目前处于预重整阶段。2026年6月3日，东莞中院决定对公司进行预重整。但公司尚未收到法院对重整事项的正式受理文书，能否进入正式重整程序，存在不确定性。
