Shanghai Bourse Completes First-Stage Inquiry into Yangtze Memory Technologies IPO

Yangtze Memory Technologies advanced to the next stage of its initial public offering on the Shanghai Stock Exchange after the bourse completed the initial inquiry on Thursday, Sept. 3, according to the bourse on Friday.
The bourse accepted the Chinese flash memory maker's application on Aug. 21.
The company's IPO is expected to raise 33.3 billion yuan.
