路透9月3日 - 花旗周四表示，已将2026年第三季度布兰特原油均价预测从此前的每桶80美元上调至每桶86美元，因霍尔木兹海峡恢复开放所需时间长于预期。
花旗表示，维持对2026年第四季度和2027年布兰特原油平均价格的预测不变，分别为每桶70美元和65美元。
“我们认为，伊朗有动力尽早而非推迟寻求打破封锁，因为该国经济近几周受到本币大幅贬值和石油收入损失的双重打击，”花旗表示。
花旗预计，中东局势短期内将升级，最终促使各方再次大力推动达成协议；或者其他事态的发展将使霍尔木兹海峡得以在2026年第四季度重新开放。
