智通财经APP获悉，艾伯维(ABBV.US)于周四表示，公司已完成对抗炎药物研发商 Apogee Therapeutics(APGE.US)价值 109 亿美元的收购。
笔交易是这家制药巨头自 2019 年以来规模最大的补强型收购，智通财经AAPP于今年 6 月首次对此进行了报道。
艾伯维预计，该项收购将对其调整后稀释每股收益(EPS)产生负面影响，其中 2026 年(部分年份)将减少 0.14 美元，2027 年减少约 0.46 美元，并预计将于 2032 年开始实现增益(accretion)。
公司重申了此前发布的 2026 全年调整后稀释每股收益指引，范围在 13.87 美元至 14.07 美元之间(市场普遍预期为 14.01 美元)。该指引已包含与完成 Apogee 收购相关的每股 0.14 美元稀释效应。每股收益指引还包含了截至第二季度年初至今因已收购的在研研发项目(IPR&D)及里程碑费用所带来的每股 0.58 美元的不利影响。
此外，公司还重申了其第三季度调整后每股收益指引，范围在 3.84 美元至 3.88 美元之间(市场普遍预期为 3.84 美元)。
