据伊朗方面消息报道，伊朗军方周四表示已使用导弹和无人机袭击美国位于科威特和阿联酋的军事基地。科威特表示已对导弹和无人机威胁作出应对；阿联酋尚未宣布发生任何相关事件。
以色列则暗示，如有必要，已准备重新投入战斗。以色列国防部长卡茨表示，如果伊朗袭击以色列，将意味着以色列在对德黑兰政权采取反击行动时不再受到现有限制的约束。
卡茨警告称，“我们将打击所有国家层面的、军事和民用基础设施 —— 包括能源基础设施 —— 让伊朗倒退回石器时代。”
美伊之间的战事在经历一段相对平静期后再度升级，推动能源价格新一轮上涨，市场对这场战争可能旷日持久的担忧日益加剧。
截至伦敦时间中午12：14，11月交割的布伦特原油期货上涨1.1%，至每桶96.66美元。
10月交割的WTI原油期货上涨1.4%，至每桶92.31美元。
