Ryanair Holdings (RYAAY) reached a collective bargaining agreement for cabin crew at its Arlanda base in Sweden, the Swedish Transport Workers' Union said Thursday.

The agreement establishes collectively negotiated wages and employment conditions, including provisions covering working hours, remuneration, pensions and insurance, the union said.

The deal regulates schedules, retirement benefits, and insurance coverage for staff, it said.

Ryanair said the agreement follows months of negotiations and supports the airline's planned $800 million investment in Sweden.
