　　9月1日金融一线消息，南京银行发布公告，公司已收到国家金融监督管理总局江苏监管局关于赎回0.5亿股优先股的无异议复函，并经董事会审议通过，计划于2026年9月7日全额赎回该优先股。

　　为确保公平信息披露，维护投资者利益，公司将于2026年9月4日对“南银优2”优先股（优先股代码：360024）进行停牌，并于2026年9月7日完成赎回注销。
