9月3日，区委书记黄会安深入家乐园集团和信都经济开发区等地实地调研重点项目建设进度、园区基础设施建设等工作，并主持召开现场办公会，协调解决项目推进中的难点堵点问题。区领导贺会轩、吴晓天、魏小力参加。

黄会安指出，企业是经济发展的主体，园区是产业集聚的平台，全区上下要始终把抓项目、兴企业、促发展摆在突出位置，多措并举补短板、强弱项，为企业落地、产业壮大筑牢坚实根基。要紧盯时间节点加快项目建设，倒排工期、挂图作战，明确责任人和完成时限，确保项目早建成、早投用、早达效。要系统推进园区水、电、路、气、网等基础设施一体化升级，打通园区内部企业互联互通道路，畅通园区与重点交通枢纽的连接通路，全面提升园区承载能力和集聚能力。

黄会安强调，各级各部门要持续做好服务保障，主动靠前、强化对接，精简审批环节，优化服务供给，以精准高效的服务为项目建设和企业发展纾困解难、保驾护航。要强化“一盘棋”意识，形成上下联动、左右协同的工作格局，切实为企业打造良好营商环境，让企业放心、安心、舒心发展。
