韩国最大汽车制造商现代汽车公司周二表示，由于部分罢工和工作日减少，8月份销量同比下降14%。
现代汽车在一份新闻稿中表示，上月共售出288574辆汽车，较去年同期的336141辆下降了14%。其中，韩国国内销量从58330辆大幅下滑至34333辆，降幅达41%；海外销量则从277811辆下降8.5%，至254241辆。
为提振销量，现代汽车表示将推出包括新款Grandeur轿车和全新Avante紧凑型车在内的新车型。预计这些新车将有助于提升该公司在全年剩余时间内的市场份额。
今年1月至8月，现代汽车累计销量同比下滑6%，至2575360辆，而去年同期为2738615辆。其中，韩国国内销量从469457辆下降15%，至399159辆；海外销量则从2269158辆下降4.1%，至2176201辆。
