智通财经APP获悉，腾讯音乐娱乐集团及广东省人民政府多笔债券即将在港上市，体现香港固定收益市场持续展现多元性和深度。 本次发行的债券预计于9月11日在港上市，彰显香港在连接发行人与全球资本方面的重要作用，并为投资者提供多元化的固定收益投资机会。
腾讯音乐娱乐集团自2020年首次发行离岸债券以来，再度回归离岸债券市场。此次双期限发行包括5年期及10年期债券，发行总额为10亿美元。广东省人民政府连续第三年在香港发行点心债，发行总额为75亿元离岸人民币。此次发行亦为广东省今年规模最大的点心债发行，其中5年期债券将用于符合条件的绿色及蓝色项目。
