　　9月3日消息，港股三大指数集体下跌。截至收盘，恒生指数跌0.39%，报25213.31，恒生科技指数跌1.08%，国企指数跌0.77%。盘面上，科网股普跌，小米、阿里、网易、快手跌超2%；内房股活跃，融信中国涨超7%；石油股走弱，中海油服跌超4%；存储股走弱，南方两倍做多三星电子跌超2%。

　　内房股活跃，融信中国涨超7%。8月核心城市二手房市场释放回暖信号。据北京链家研究院、上海中原地产、深圳贝壳研究院统计数据，北京连续6个月同比正增长，上海创近5年同期新高，深圳实际签约环比大增12%。政策层面，8月28日中央层面集中出台一揽子房地产改革政策，覆盖住房销售制度、信贷管理、信托、资本市场、城市更新、商业地产等多维度，搭建房地产发展新模式完整制度框架。

　　石油股走弱，中海油服跌超4%。摩根士丹利发布研报称，中海油服中期业绩显示，在高油价环境下，合约钻井业务的营运环境温和。然而，油井服务及海洋业务表现低于预期，加上外汇亏损，因此该行将2026年盈利预测下调5%。该行认为明年油价可能出现调整，将对钻井日费及作业天数构成压力，同时将2027年及2028年盈利预测下调8%及5%。

　　存储股走弱，南方两倍做多三星电子跌超2%。韩国总统府青瓦台3日对美国商务部部长霍华德·卢特尼克提及的半导体关税相关表述表示，具体内容尚未敲定，政府将争取防止相关举措给韩企带来不利影响。青瓦台相关人士当天作出如上表述，并表示，政府将密切关注相关动向，与美方保持紧密沟通，保障韩国企业不受影响。
