【涉拟IPO企业投诉举报中 软件侵权居高不下】“筹备上市期间，我们收到过一些软件商的侵权提示函。有的软件，我们公司其实已经购买了正版的，但对方还是会向监管部门投诉，要求我们增加购买套数。”杨柳是一家半导体企业的证券事务代理，她告诉证券时报记者，公司启动IPO后就被一些软件商“盯”上，令公司颇为困扰。对于许多企业而言，IPO是一场与时间的赛跑，任何“横生的枝节”都可能增加成本，甚至导致上市失败。但在这个敏感期，软件维权正成为让不少企业颇感头疼的问题。证券时报记者从接近监管的人士处了解到，涉拟IPO企业投诉举报中，软件侵权一直居高不下，在部分市场板块甚至高达八成。近年来，随着国家层面对知识产权的保护持续增强，司法层面大力打击相关的侵权行为，软件权利人的维权意识与维权手段也同步升级，软件维权与上市审核的碰撞，正变得越来越频繁。
