Bogd FT has filed for an initial public offering.

The company said it will sell about 6.3 million units at $4 to $6 apiece, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission Tuesday.

The company also has granted underwriters a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the offering's units to cover over-allotments. D. Boral Capital is listed as the offering's underwriter.

The company expects to receive net proceeds of about $21.7 million, or about $25.2 million if the over-allotment option is exercised, assuming the offering prices at the low end of its range.

Bogd FT, which provides banking and financial services to customers in Mongolia, said it plans to use a majority of the proceeds to support its lending activities domestically and in select markets in central Asia.

The company intends to apply to have its units listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BOGD.
