ChainCatcher 消息，日经中文网 9 月 3 日报道，来自英伟达的人工智能服务器相关需求正在助推半导体存储器 DRAM 行情加速走高。用于个人电脑等设备的通用 DRAM 产品价格环比上涨 5%，面向工业设备的产品出现两位数上涨。存储厂商优先供应 AI 服务器专用内存，其连锁效应正在进一步扩散。
DRAM 除用于个人电脑、相机、智能手机之外，也搭载于数据中心的 AI 服务器等设备，承担数据临时存储功能。存储器厂商作为卖方，设备厂商、模块厂商作为买方，按月度或季度开展谈判确定大宗交易价格。用于 PC、游戏机、服务器的通用型号 DDR5 的 16Gb 规格产品 7 月大宗交易价格敲定在约 40.2 美元，环比上涨 5%。价格实现连续 7 个月走高，电子商社高管表示已经刷新历史最高价位。
